You can also use Diamond (Library Catalog) to search for Temple dissertations and theses.  There are three copies of each PhD dissertation kept at Temple: one in microform, one print copy in the Special Collections Department, and one print copy on the 3rd floor of Paley, east side, where all dissertations are in one section shelved by author last name.
