    Search these two history databases together or separately. AHL covers US and Canada from prehistory to present. HA covers the rest of the world from 1492 to present.
  • American Bibliography of Slavic and East European Studies (ABSEES)  
      
    "Provides information on East-Central Europe and the former Soviet Union...Coverage for ABSEES ranges from 1939-present."
  • ATLA Religion Database with ATLASerials  
      
    Database of the American Theological Library Association. Covers all religions. (Look closely for full-text links to ATLASerials. They're easy to overlook.)
  • JSTOR  
      
    Vast multidisciplinary e-journal collection. Some articles from as far back as the 17th century. Major source for religion articles.
  • Periodicals Index Online  
      
    Huge humanities and social sciences database that covers journals going all the way back to 1665. Good international coverage. Lots of full-text.
  • Project Muse  
      
    The subject category "Judaic Studies" contains a number of imporant journals. Coverage is relatively recent (last ten years).
  • RAMBI: Index of Articles on Jewish Studies  
      
    Produced by the Jewish National and University Library. International in scope. Citations only, no full-text.

    Collection of databases, two of which (Humanities & Social Science Retrospective, and Reader's Guide Retrospective) are very important for coverage of the period from 1900 to 1950.
