Paley Library has more than 50,000 current maps and atlases, including USGS topographic maps for all U. S. states. Maps and atlases of historic Philadelphia are held in the Urban Archives on the ground floor of Paley. The map collections contain primarily topographic maps in the USGS United States 7.5 minute series, located primarily on the ground floor in the Governments Documents area.
