Your topics are likely to cross a number of disciplinary boundaries including philosophy, law, and criminal justice.  By starting with the brief sources below, you may be able to discover in which area your research ideas are most heavily represented. But remember that, wherever you start, it is important to bring your topic back around to the philosophical issues underlying your topic.

Each of these databases should have lots of relevant sources for this course.  In JSTOR and Peridicals Archive Online, you can easily limit your search to individual disciplines (i.e. law, philosophy, history, pscyhology, etc.).
