Electronic Devices and Technology at Ginsburg Library: Laptops for loan

Laptops may be borrowed by active Health Science Campus Students.

An electronic device agreement must be signed before borrowing any electronic devices.

• Laptops can go out overnight and are due back the following day.
• Laptops borrowed on a Friday are due back on the following Monday.
• Devices can be renewed up to two times.
• Any personal information stored on the laptop will be erased upon shutdown. 

Returning a Laptop

• Returns can be done anytime the library is open. All components must be returned at the same time.
• Loss or damage to the Laptop must be reported.
• Late fees: 48 hours late is considered overdue, and the cost of replacing the device and accessories will be charged.

Laptops run on the Windows 11 operating system. They come with a power cord.

Carrying cases, keyboards, and a mouse, are available upon request.

Content saved on the laptop will be erased when the laptop is turned off or shuts down automatically, including any time the laptop lid is shut.
