Save a spot to study

Reserve a seat in the Law Library

Individual study seats at tables and in carrels can be reserved in the Law Library.

  1. Link to the seat reservation system and click on Reserve.
  2. Choose the Law Library Location, select a floor and click Show Availability.
  3. Pick from carrels, chairs at tables, and soft seating. Click on a green square to select a time.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Submit Times button.
  5. Check the space and time, and click Continue.
  6. Complete the Booking Details form with your name and email, and click on Submit my Booking.
  7. You’ll get an email with a confirmation code.
  8. At the correct time, find the seat in the library and check-in.
    • Use the link and code in the confirmation email.
    • Scan the QR code at the seat with your smartphone camera and enter the confirmation code.
    • Open the seat reservation system, click Check-in and enter the confirmation code.
  9. When you leave, return to the seat reservation system, click Check-out and enter the confirmation code.


  • Reservations can be made up to one day in advance.
  • Seats can be reserved for up to four hours each day.
  • Seats are unavailable for a brief period between users.


Group study spaces may be available at Temple's Charles Library or the TECH Center.
