Electronic Devices and Technology at Ginsburg: Study Room Technology

Ginsburg Library has laptops and iPads for loan.

Mac Mini

Mac Mini's allow you to connect quickly to the monitor making group work easy.

Study Room with mac mini

Rooms that have minis are: 

Lower level:046, 066

First floor: 147, 151

Second floor: 241, 242, 244, 255

 

 

  • Check out the Wireless Keyboard and Mouse at the circulation desk, each one is assigned to a specific room

  • Set the  TV Input to 7 (unless room specifies a different Input Channel)
  •  Turn on Keyboard and Mouse
  •  Log in with AccessNet and Password

 

Interactive Projector

Rooms with an interactive projector:

Lower level:042, 049

Second floor: 241

 

 

  • Remotes and Interactive Pens can be checked out at the circulation desk.
  •  Connect with either a VGA or HDMI Cable (Both of which the library can provide)
  •  Connect with a laptop or other compatible device and power on Projector
  •  Projector displays directly onto White Board where you can use the Interactive pen to draw and highlight areas.

Flat Panel Display

Several rooms have flat panel displays so that you can attach a laptop to display on the larger screen.

Rooms with Flat Screens only:

Lower level: 043, 044, 045, 048, 059, 065,

First floor: 152, 153, 154,

Second floor: 245, and 247
