Dockets for Pennsylvania's appellate courts (Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, and Commonwealth Court) all are located on the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania web portal. Appellate court dockets also are available via the PAeDocket app on Google Play or Apple's App Store.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is the Commonwealth's highest court. The court primarily hears appeals from the intermediate appellate courts (the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court), but it also may hear direct appeals from lower courts' decisions in emergency situations.

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania hears cases brought for or against the Commonwealth and appeals from the Courts of Common Pleas civil actions involving state agencies.
