REDCap
For collecting and storing clinical research data, REDCap can safely store private and confidential health data in accordance with HIPAA and FISMA regulations.

R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. It compiles and runs on a wide variety of UNIX platforms, Windows and MacOS.

Python is a general-purpose and versatile programming language. It’s a great first language because it’s concise and easy to read.

MatLab is a programming and numeric computing platform developed by MathWorks. It is used to analyze data, develop algorithms, and create models.

SPSS and SAS are programs for editing and analyzing data. Temple affiliates can download both at the ITS download site.
