Try searching key phrases such as crisis communication or crisis management
- Consider adding specific localities such as state names (Pennsylvania) or city names (Philadelphia) to find crisis communication materials at the local level
Specify the site domain to search .gov or .edu sites

If you search this way, you'll easily find many resources at the federal, state, and academic level with real world examples of crisis communication, management, and plans.
