Indexes 25,000+ tests with purchasing information. Some can be purchased online and downloaded. To look for free access, identify a test in Test Link and then look up the source citation in Library Search.

Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HaPI) [via EBSCOhost] This link opens in a new window
HaPI provides access to information on measurement instruments in health fields, psychosocial sciences, organizational behavior, and library and information sciences. HaPI does not offer access to the test instruments themselves, but does include citations to freestanding instruments as well as instruments that have only appeared in journals or reports. Copyright permission is needed to use any of the instruments found in HaPI.

PROMIS
Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) is a set of patient-reported outcome measurement instruments for measuring aspects of physical, mental, and social health.
