Overview

This page includes articles and books to enhance understanding of community engaged research, and particularly community-based participatory research.

In addition, the creators of this resource guide have accumulated a collection containing citations of relevant articles on various topics that can be shared upon request. Topics include: creating and sustaining partnerships, evaluating partnerships, community perspectives on CBPR, capacity building for CBPR, and promoting equity with CBPR.

Articles: Open Access makes articles are available to anyone on the web. There are specific journals that publish all of their content open, and some subscription journals will publish some articles as open access while others will require a subscription. A Creative Commons license will be assigned that defines how the article can be used. One this guide, articles will either have the designation (free or Temple for those restricted to a subscription at Temple University)
