Open Access

If you do not have a Temple Law login or Temple University login, you can still access helpful free resources to research for immigration case law. Here are a few options:

Google Scholar
Google Scholar includes access to case law from American jurisdictions; select the “Case law” radio button below the search box and then select “Federal courts.” Additional jurisdiction options are available by clicking on the “Select courts...” link.
Legal Information Institute
Cornell’s Legal Information Institute offers a searchable collection of recent and landmark U.S. Supreme Court decisions. It also offers links to the Web pages of U.S. Courts of Appeals for each circuit, which may offer access to calendars, opinions, and dockets (coverage varies).
FindLaw
FindLaw's Legal Practitioners page has a searchable database of opinion summaries for cases from the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Courts of Appeals. Enter your query in the search box, and on the results page, you can limit the results by specifying a legal topic (e.g. “Immigration Law”), party name, docket number, or date.
