Welcome to the Presentation Practice Rooms at the Loretta C. Duckworth Scholars Studio! The goal of this guide is to familiarize you with the software and equipment in the suite and to help guide you along the way as you create your projects.

Which Software to Use?

These are the main software tools you will need to know to use the Presentation Practice Rooms. There are some quick tips in this guide, but more information and tutorials can be found from the softwares' official websites.

OBS Studio - Also known as Open Broadcaster Software, OBS is a screen recording/streaming software. You will use this to create video of your presentation. You can view the official OBS Quickstart Guide here.

Audacity - Audacity is a free audio recording software. You will use this if you only need to record audio of your presentation. You can view their official guides here.
