Library Liaison Program

Every Temple Law School Faculty member is assigned a liason librarian.   Your liason is ready to serve as a first point of contact who can assist you with locating resources, assisting with research, and providing training for research assistants. Your liason librarian can also provide support for you teaching by working with you to develop research guides and/or in class presentations to help your students improve their research skills.  For more information please contact charles.perkins@temple.edu

Research Assistant Support

Circulation Privileges

If you would like your research assistant to check out materials from the library on your behalf, please email the student's name to facserv@temple.edu.  We will add them to your library record as an authorized proxy.

Training

We are available to provide additional one-on-one training for your research assistants.  Please contact your library liaison or email facserv@temple.edu to discuss the type of training you would like your research assistant to receive.  Training can range from refreshers on legal research methods to more tailored training on specific legal topics or resources.

Reference Librarians

Temple's reference librarians are ready to assist you with your research projects.   Feel free to visit us at the reference desk.  We also can be reached by email at facserv@temple.edu or by phone at (215) 204-7891.

Additionally, if you have a question for a specific reference librarian, feel free to contact us by e-mail, phone, or just stop by our offices.
