After running a search, you can use the filters on the left-hand side to limit the results to Resource Type = Books and Availability = Online or Availability = In the Library. This will narrow your results list to just ebooks or just physical books.
University libraries organize their books by subject on the library shelves. Generally, they use an organization system called the Library of Congress Classification (LCC) system.
When you find books through the library catalog, you'll notice that some are electronic (available fully online), while others are located in the library. Books that are in the library will have a call number, which identifies the exact place you'll find it on the shelves:
