The Krausz Library is located on the 6th floor of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM). As a part of Temple University's Health Sciences Libraries, it supports the research, education, and clinical information needs of TUSPM.
Founded in 1963, the Charles E. Krausz Library evolved from the library of the former School of Chiropody at Temple University. It includes a comprehensive collection of resources related to podiatric medicine and a rich bone model collection.
In 1966, the library was named in honor of Dr. Krausz for his exemplary contributions to the profession and the college. Dr. Krausz served as the Dean of the Temple University School of Chiropody from 1943 until the school's closure in 1961.
Together, the Charles E. Krausz Library and the Simmy and Harry Ginsburg Health Sciences Library constitute the Health Sciences Libraries of Temple University.
