The Inter-University Consortium of Political and Social Research (ICPSR) is a repository of datasets for use in secondary data analysis.

The ICPSR Summer Program offers a dynamic, hands-on experience studying quantitative methods and statistics, and will take place virtually this year! The first four-week session will be from June 21-July 16, and the second session will be July 19-August 13. Short workshops will take place May-August 2021.

What is ICPSR?

 Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research logo

The Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) is a data repository hosted by the University of Michigan that includes over fifty years of clean, well-documented, curated social science and interdisciplinary data.

The data is deposited by researchers and the government for use in secondary data analysis and in teaching.

Temple University is an ICPSR member institution and has access to all deposited data. Temple researchers may also apply to deposit their own data for archiving with ICPSR.
