Under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, Pennsylvania government agency decisions to withhold records may be appealed to the Office of Open Records.

Pennsylvania's Office of Open Records provides online dockets for its Right-to-Know Law request decisions and documents and related court documents here.  It also provides a Right-to-Know Law Case Law Index of selected appellate decisions related to Right-to-Know Law requests here.

Philadelphia Municipal Court

The Philadelphia Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court.  It has three divisions: criminal, civil, and traffic.  Information about the Municipal Court's jurisdiction is available here.

Dockets

  • Criminal Division dockets are available on the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania website here.
  • Civil Division dockets are available on the Philadelphia Courts website here.  The dockets extend back to 1969.  Case documents are available back to late 2009.
  • Traffic Division dockets are available on the Philadelphia Courts website here.  The dockets extend back to 2006.

Pittsburgh Municipal Court

The Pittsburgh Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court.  It has three divisions: criminal, non-traffic, and traffic.  Information about the Municipal Court's jurisdiction is available here.
