  • Discuss ways to best incorporate information skills and library materials into your class assignments
  • Create a library research guide tailored to your class or assignment
  • Customize what appears under the Library button on the left-side menu of your Canvas course
  • Help you embed library research guide content in Canvas
  • Introduce your students to research tools and strategies via a synchronous workshop or asynchronous video tutorial tailored to your class
  • Help you or your students find datasets
  • Introduce you or your students to quantitative, qualitative and spatial data analysis platforms
  • Advise on qualitative data analysis, QDA platforms, and sharing and preserving qualitative data as part of the library's Qualitative Data service
  • Advise on data management planning as part of the library's Research Data management and sharing service
  • Answer your questions about accessing or depositing research data in TUScholarShare, ICPSR social science data repository, or the Qualitative Data Repository (QDR)
  • Advise on search strategies for systematic reviews and other types of evidence syntheses
  • Provide expert searching on systematic reviews and other evidence syntheses as part of the library's Evidence Synthesis service
  • Meet with your students for individual or small group research or data help outside class
  • Purchase books and other materials needed for your research and teaching
  • Track down tricky citations and answer questions about citation management
  • Act as a liaison communicating your department's concerns and needs to Temple University Libraries administration
