  • Tell you about library services

  • Discuss ways to best incorporate information skills and library materials into your class assignments
  • Create a library research guide tailored to your class or assignment
  • Customize what appears under the Library button on the left-side menu of your Canvas course
  • Help you embed library research guide content in Canvas
  • Introduce your students to research tools and strategies via a synchronous workshop or asynchronous video tutorial tailored to your class
  • Help you or your students find datasets
  • Introduce you or your students to quantitative, qualitative and spatial data analysis platforms
  • Advise on search strategies for systematic reviews and other types of evidence syntheses
  • Provide expert searching on systematic reviews and other evidence syntheses as part of the library's Systematic Review Service (See our service guide for more details and the SR Service request form)
  • Answer your questions about accessing or depositing research data in TUScholarShare or ICPSR social science data repository
  • Meet with your students for individual or small group research or data help outside class
  • Purchase books and other materials needed for your research and teaching
