Can you purchase the textbook for my course?
If you want us to purchase an item for your course, please use the "Manual entry" option to enter as much information about the item as you can. When we receive your list, we'll send a purchase request to our acquisitions department for their consideration.
Can you purchase ebooks for my course?
When acquiring new materials, the libraries look for an ebook first. However, sometimes ebooks don't exist and sometimes they are out of budget. If this is the case, we purchase a physical copy of the material.
If we already own a physical copy of an item, we generally do not consider requests to purchase an ebook copy.
We cannot purchase ebooks from vendors such as Amazon, Kobo, Redshelf, or VitalSource. These platforms license ebooks for a single user on a single device.
